Year model help please, DT9.9

I picked up a DT9.9 the other day. Trying to figure out the year. I have found conflicting info. I cant seem to tell if its a 85 or a 94. This is all that is on the plate....

Look on Brownspoint.com and pull up the parts listing. All the model numbers are there.

Brownspoint is gone

it is a 85
the 95 serial starts at 581001

I am aware that brownspoint got destroyed however the web site comes up. I think they have retained the name.

Looks like it was just my bookmark to their site was messed up for some reason since they got washed away
