year mercury 9.8

i was given a mercury 9.8 with serial number 4309327, what is the year of this engine?
I need to order some parts. the impeller,throttle linkage, carrier assembly are broken and cracked.

All you need to order parts is the serial number. The year of the engine is 1976.
