Year and horsepower of Honda outboard?

Hello, can someone tell me the year and horsepower of this motor? Its a white Honda, numbers are B75-4012475.

Dont know exact year but my guess would be mid 70's?? I had a 1984 bf75L bule body, yellow prop and somebody here on the forum answered the post with the exact year. Which reminds me to post about my new used Honda 25hp with the same question
