Hi 1993 yamaha 650 wvr III i recenlty rebuilt the carb, i put it on and it starts and runs fine..I start it and run it on the water hose since its too cold out... but when i go to rev it up..it stumbles??? does it need to be in the water to properly tune it??? or is the problem in the two screws on the sides low and hi jet???? please advise i just can't seem to get it right thanks Erik
