Hey Guys,

I have an 04' 225 vx225tlrc vmax, Couple of weeks ago, I took her out, she started right up as always, was running, then dies. Could not get it restarted. smelled strong odor of fuel. Take it to a local shadetree marine mechanic who I know. He checks fire and compression, all good. We clean the plugs, and blow out the cylinders. re-install plugs, it starts up and runs on muffs. We didn't leave it running long. We discussed that it may be bad plugs, Installed a new set and headed to the lake, Boat started right up , ran for a second then died, could not get it to restart, I put it back on the trailer, before I left, i bumped the starter and it tried to fire up. Sorry for the long post, just trying to diagnose what's going on. It's getting plenty of fuel and fire. Is it possible I have an injector flooding a cylinder?

I would monitor fuel pressure on the rail to make sure it stays in spec
