For no fire, first check killl switch. Be sure the battery is hot enough to spin the motor. It will not fire if voltage is too low.

yeah i'm an idiot the kill switch cord was not hook up. but i have a real question when i give it full throttle it tries to stall. i have to ease the throttle i can't just give it full throttle right out of the hole. what could this be seems like a fuel problem but i'm not sure exactly what could it be the carbs?

sounds more like a weak fuel pump, would be a good time to replace the pump and clean the carbs.

just a note, you should have gotten an alarm when cranking it with the stop lanyard removed, cant have a start and stop signal at the same time :). if you did not hear it now would be a good time to test the audible alarms.
