I have a Yamaha 80 hp 1987 where the trim motor cylindric cover is pretty rusted. It still works though. Are the trim motors ídentical for models 50 - 115 hp years 1983-89 so that a good looking trim motor from a 60 hp 1989 can be used as replacement. I was told that they are different spare part numbers but for example maxrules seems to sell one replacement motor (PT604NM) for the whole range 50 - 115 hp.
