Thanks! Do you replace the Tilt/Trim bypass valve screw witout removing the T&T unit or is removal necessary. I bought this used a while back from a friend and never checked the screw to make sure it was in good shape until I needed it. The screw head has been pretty well used/abused and takes some effort to get a large flathead to grip.
