yamaha stern drive ?'s

just bought a 1990 chapparel with a 4.3 yamaha I/O. After buying it i came to find out i may have made a mistake. Can anyone tell me a lil about the drive and if and where i can get an impeller kit for it? Also what am i looking at down the road if i want to switch it to an merc drive?

man I had the YAMAHA stern drive get rid of it cant get no parts. I switched to the alfa 1 gen ll with no problem only thing is u will have to drill two holes for the upper bolts on the alfa 1.

God help u if you ever need new manifolds. Get rid of it.
