yamaha sr 230 engine running rough

I have A YAMAHA SR 230, and the right engine is running rough, when I give it full power it is no longer maxing out to match the RPMs of the other engine. just changed all the plugs but no change? at idle the engine has a clunking sound like it was plugs but did not solve either problem.

please help

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,...

Did ya do a Compression Test while you were changin' the plugs,..??
