Yamaha Rigging Question?

I have a 93 250 Yamaha that I am putting on my boat. I bought all of the controls and rigging from a 99 or 2000 Yamaha. Some of the engine plugs on the harness are not the same. Are there adaptors for this or do I need different harnesses? <br /><br />Thanks

Things have changed alot in the last ten years.Some things between the two may not be compatable,i.e. prime start.Might want to think about professional help at this point.
