I guess it depends what you are after. Some parts, such as gaskets and 'o' rings, and others are still available through my local Yamaha dealer. Capt Ken has pretty much everything else.

Re: Yamaha outdrives

PM me for some advice, or e-mail me at EDIT

This place I use has about the last known supply of Yamaha engine and outdrive parts. And yes, Ken Nelson is THE guy for getting the 'impossible-to-find' parts or do repair work. I've got a '92 208 with a 454 powered Yamaha Hydra Drive, so I well know these things and the difficulty of finding parts for them.

What engine and outdrive? Big block or small block?

Most all drive parts are still available and normally those that aren't, I usually have in my parts bin. We stock most of the commonly used parts like shift cables and gaskets.
