Yamaha LCD multifunction Gauge Repair

[Prism]

Does anyone know where I can get one of these Yamaha Multifunction Gauges repaired? It is a gauge which displays the RPM's, the Trim angle, if the oil tank level is low, and if the engine is overheating. Yamaha said they are not repairable and a new one costs around $400! There's got to be someone that can fix this thing!

Shop around for pricing. Your figure well exceeds what I paid. Price should be around 300 +/-<br /><br />The gauges are sealed in such a way that servicing may well be impossible without seriously damaging watertight integrity.

Prism,<br /><br />I'm convinced that Schematic can turn your multi-function guage into a "tricorder".<br /><br />Who needs a fish finder after that. You can read "bio" signs from 100 yards away!

My gauge is really dimm and is hard to see especialy at night time when the gauges internal lights are on. Why did this happen and can it be fixxed? I think the LCD is bad on both gauges.(I have the RPM and Speed Guages)<br /><br />John if you don't sell it to Prism, will that Guage fit my 95 115 yamaha?
