I have twin 2000 HPDI 150's. Run for ~20 min at 3/4 throttle starboard engine starts cutting out. Squeeze bulb couple times you are good for another 20 min or so. If I ran at WOT the problem would occur quicker. Starts great, runs great when not starved for fuel. Port engine runs great no fuel problems. I have switched fuel hoses between port and starboard engine problem stays with the starboard engine. This should eliminate any possible problem in the fuel delivery system (filters,valves,floscan sensor). Recently replaced the hi press fuel pump and screen on the starboard engine, previously had replaced the lo press fuel pump(1 yr ago). Since the problem is intermittent mechanic has a hard time trouble shooting, both he and I are frustrated! Any ideas?
