Yamaha HPDI 200 remote oil pump and toggle not working after new pumps and filters.

Hi, I have search for an answer on the forum, but Im still having issues with my twin remote oil pumps not auto filling, nor manual filling with the toggle switch. I just removed and replaced all the filters and one faulty remote oil pump. I removed both the oil tank connectors and installed everything back the same. The toggle had power to both pumps prior to the tank removal. I did run the motors with the oil in the main tank without the remote tanks connected for about one minute. It seems weird that both motors are not getting and power to the remote tank via the toggle , nor the auto fill. Im not sure how to diagnose this problem. I tested the connection at the remote tank while the key was engaged and it had not power. I have not tested the connection with the toggle switched on though. Could it be the pumps need priming? I did not prime them. I read that they are self priming. When I use toggle I dont hear the pumps turn on.
Any help is needed.

toggle controls the ground not the power as does the oil level control board.
You need to trace out the 12 volt + back to where it comes from to see why it is not there at key on
