Looking at the manual, shows what to adjust (stop screw to 1300 RPM) . Question, how do you get to the carbs, does the exhaust manifold on top of the the carb side have to come off. I've rebuild the top end pistons,rings, power valves the past year. So I know how to remove pieces of the exhaust if necessary. Is there a better way to do it, I must be missing something.
