I own 2 99 GP 760's and am looking to add some mods to them. I trying to get a little more top end speed out of them and am not sure of the best/not to expensive way of doing this. I have looked at intake grates and ride plates, but these don't seem to offer any top end speed inprovement, but I might be wrong. I have also looked at new heads by R&D and they are only about $150 bucks and seem to make the PWC's faster but I am not to sure. How hard is it to install a new head and do you need new gaskets and such. I would greatly appreciate any help you guys could provide to me.

thanks,

Jon

It all depends on where and how you ride - ask in the Aftermarket Performance section of our forums, there are tons of guys there to help and give you package options.

I would start with high compression heads and hp exhaust and hp air filter.

Oh yea, heads are not hard to change out, but I would suggest getting a repair manual. Always use new gaskets, correct torque, torque sequence and new spark plugs
