I have a 2001 4-stroke yamaha. I recently heard some whirring in the lower unit, so I took the lower unit drain plug out to find nothing but clear water run out! I did see lower unit oil residue coming out of the water intake. Can someone tell me what the problem is (gaskets) and how I can fix it? Also, any special tools or tricks?
