Yamaha F25 in break-in sounds lousy

I have a 2013 F25 Four Stroke Yamaha on my 16' skiff. The engine runes fine and moves the boat along well. But it sounds awful...almost sounds like it's 'dieseling' or growling at low speed and idle. Any ideas? This motor should be much quieter than it is...thanks in advance for the help!

fuel that has gone bad/ very low octane rating might cause something like that.
Bad fuel is not covered in warranty if it screws up a motor
Drain and flush all the fuel from motor and try some good fresh fuel
or take to you Yamaha dealer to have it checked out before you damage it

Thanks - The fuel was brand new with Sta-bil mix, but I guess that could still be the issue.

I just edited post and added a short video of the motor, Halfway through is the best example.

It does sound a bit noisy for a 4 stroke....maybe run it some with the hood/top cowling off to try and get an idea of the source of the noise?....

Take it to the dealer you bought it from for them to check out what is causing it since it is new and just being broke in
