yamaha f150 rises up in reverse??

when engaging reverse gear, engine lifts up...tilt/trim works and holds in position...apppears to be slow when trimming down. Just recently serviced/replaced the seals on the rods...has something been missed on re-installation?

My 03 F90 does this if I give it to much throttle in reverse.Im no expert but i suspect it does this to protect the lower unit by allowing it to rise up/over something if you hit it running forward,like a log or stump.
