Yamaha f115 running rich after cleaning vst

I have a f115tlrd 2005, cleaned the vst and the filter now it's not running right at all. So originally we had bad gas and cleaned the fuel tank and knew we needed to clean the vst and the filter. So after taking it apart and cleaning all the crap and getting it back together, it's not running right at all now. Before, it ran fine, just wouldn't let me get above 3900rpm. Now after back together its running crazy rich at idle and like bogging getting up to mid range but clears up in the 5k range. Not sure what the hell I did wrong. Rechecked the vst to make sure the float wasnt stuck. Hoping that someone can give me any pointers to check and see where I screwed up. TIA to anyone who can help.

My 115hp 2011 goes up to 4800 and max 23.8 mph.It should be 40mph on 19 Caro at full throttle. I'm in the process of changing fuel to marine fuel good idea maybe, check your injectors and spark plugs.,,,
