I was on another forum and it claims that you can remove the restrictor plate from a Yamaha F 50 and it will turn it into a F 60 or on the F 75 it will upgrade to a F 90
It says this you can do this on the fuel injected models rather quickly and the motors will run fine with lots of extra power although you should up your prop pitch accordingly.
It sounds too good to be true and probably is but any input would be appreciated.
