yamaha f 40 wont start

i have a 2013 f 40 yamaha it runs fine for one or two trips up the river then dies and wont start for 10 or 15 mins, then runs fine . it has done this since i bought it new. it hs done this 7 or 8 times. not geting hot

You need to see if it has spark when it will not run.
Could be lack of spark or lack of fuel causing it to die and not start back up
