No, Barry, it can't.<br /><br />The 90 is a in-line 70 cubic inch 3 cylinder engine. It is jetted for best mix at sea level at 25 degrees C. For a particular situation small changes in jets might improve performance and fuel usage a small bit<br /><br />The 115 is a V4 of much greater displacement (105.5 cu. in.). Even if the jets would fit your carbs all you would get is a bad running engine, if it ran at all.<br /><br />These myths about changing jets to hop up an engine persist. Don't believe them.<br /><br />Good luck.
