Yamaha 90 4 stroke stalls after running 8-10 minutes

90 4 stroke has had the fuel water separator changed the water pump impellor- oil filter- foot oil.It runs fine when cold then when coming back down to a idle it stalls and wont re start unless you have it at a higher rpm it then starts fine but shuts off again at idle until you wait 10-15 minutes?

1. Dirty idle jets, clean/rebuild carbs.
2. Are there any on engine fuel filters to change?
3. When old failing ignition parts get hot or overheat, they have to cool down 10-15 minutes to work again.
