Yamaha 9.9 smoking

My 1995 yammy 9.9 2 stroke smokes alot after being warmed up. It has always smoked a little but never this much,it is running fine. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Smoke is whitish. Changed the sparkplugs in Feb. My boat is at my bay house now so cant tell ya till saturday.

stauter,<br /><br />You could be ingesting water into the cylinders.<br /><br />Check the spark plugs. If they look real clean, almost new, that's a sure sign of water ingestion.<br /><br />The most likely causes for this are: head gasket, exhaust cover gasket. Neither is very difficult, or expensive, to repair.
