My oil alarm goes off occasionally when going slow out of the marina or trolling. Does my motor have an oil filter that could need changing?

The 70 hp won't be a 4-stroke, so you won't find an engine oil filter. However, there may be a little filter integrated into the 2-stroke oil injection reservoir pick-up.
