i'm getting inconsistant spark...sometimes it cuts out and stays out for a minute or to.<br /><br />good thermal switch<br />good batter and plugs<br />good on/off switch<br /><br />noted that Volt output at battery is bouncing between 4-6v. i'm assuming it should be 12v+. <br /><br />any ideas? <br />what voltage should i have while charging the battery?
