I am having a problem with my 1995 Yamaha 50 4-stroke outboard motor. The Engine idles very rough and at high speed. Also the RPM gauge not registering the RPM speed of the engine. I would appreciate any suggestions that anyone may have on solving this problem.<br /><br />Thank You.
