Howdy, Cook.

What happens if you squeeze your primer bulb when the engine tries to bog?

Sounds like you have a fuel starvation problem. If the primer gets it to run check your fuel tank vent and pickup, check for air leaks in the lines, check the fuel pump for a strong output.

Last resort: might be a carburetor problem in the high speed jets. Try squirting a bit of fuel mix into the carb(s) when trying to run under load. If that brings her on overhaul your carb(s).

Let us know what you find. :)

when you keep pumping the primer bulb, the same thing happens. i tried squirting a little ether when it bogs down and the motor picks up rpm- JB,-EVEN TRIED ANOTHER TANK AND FUEL LINE WITH THE SAME RESULTS.

Sounds like it's time to look for a fuel filter that's plugging or pull the carb(s) and clean the jet(s)
