Yamaha 4 stroke 9.9 misses

My 9.9 4 stroke idles well then when ran faster it runs up then cuts out keeps doing this it well not run faster than idle,like rrrrrr--cuts out then rrrrr, wentthrough carb and loked good a little dirt but nothing plugged any help well be appreciated

Try pumping the fuel bulb as you increase the throttle, if that works your fuel pump is in need od a rebuild. Also may sure you tank vent is open and venting properly. Does choking it help?
