CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS ON WHY MY BOAT WON'T RUN UNLESS I HOLD THE TOGGLE SWITCH CHOKE ON, AS SOON AS i RELEASE THE CHOKE SWITCH THE BOAT DIES. ALREADY MADE SURE NO GAS LEAKS FILTER IS CLEAN APPEARS TO BE GETTING GAS THROUGH THE CARB.??
