Hi, I am new to the site, but there seems to be alot of good info on here. Anyway I have a 1989 Yamaha 25hp thats a great motor except for one thing... If it sits for 3+days its a bear to start. The motor runs great and starts the first pull once it fires the first time but it takes 20+ pulls to get it going after it has set. Fuel is good, primer ball is new and installed correctly, new plugs and fuel line connectors. I think that it might be a diaphram problem but I am not sure.
