yamaha 25 hp four stroke,misses and runs on half power for the first 30 mins.

had the coils and power pack replaced last summer, now when i go out it runs at about half hour it misses and seems to be at half power , then clears upand runs great the rest of the day.this has happened the lasat two time i have been out.
