yamaha 220 oil problem

I have an 84 yamaha 220 outboard. the problem is that is just keeps pumping oil out of the oil tank on the engine, i think that the oil level sensor is bad. anyone ran into this problem and is it common of yamahas. also do you know where i can get this sensor. the local yamaha dealer Aquatech told me that i will have to get the part overseas, any help would be much appreciated

What the heck is going on with Yamaha oil injections systems today? There have been a couple of other posts regarding the same thing.

i have the same problems with my 88 200's, see my post, if i find a solution i'll let you know.
