I am running 1996 twin 200 ox66 and noticed this afternoon that one of the motors was not spitting out any water, meaning there was no stream at all coming out.
It was running perfect a few days back and now it must be clogged. I did hit ground the last time it was out right before my dock when i pulled towards the shore to help out a guy stuck on a jetski.
Any suggestions on where to start as far as finding the the clog and clearing it.
Second question is if it is not clogged how complicated is it to change the water pump. I already picked up a yamaha water pump for the motor just in case and was planning on changing it on my own if it needed to be changed, just wondering if i was getting in to something that was more complicated then i should be dealing with.
