Yamaha 200 hpdi shuts off

I have a 2001 haha 200 hpdi that's shuts off when throttle is quickly opened, if I slowly open the throttle it will run ok, it has slowly been getting worse. The whole engine shuts off then comes back on right away. I have changed all the fuel filters, low pressure lift pumps, the Yamaha yds cuts off when this happens as well - loses communication with ecu. I voltage drop tested the battery positive and negative cables, cleaned engine grounds...I'm getting to be really Stumped with this. Ohm out injectors , all the same at about 1 ohm, ohm ignition coils at 2.4 ...I'm really Stumped ...I'm leaning towards an ecu but that's an expensive lean !!
