Yamaha 1990 225etxd crankshaft sensor

I have a 1990 225etxd that is missing the crankshaft possition sensor, knock sensor and and the throtle poss. sensor.I dont know if these sensors are bypassed, the oil injection system is deactivated but the oil tank is still there and the level float is tied to the full possition also 4 coils have non resistor sparkplug caps and the bottom 2 (cylinder 5 and 6 ) I replaced with resistor caps and new coils. I installed a timing light in all the coil wires and cylinders 3 and 5 the light was not picking up spark signal. My max rpm is 3600 with a 15 inch prop My fuel system is ok. I also found corrosion on the bottom plug of the cdi computer on the yellow, blue and green wire. I dont know if this could affect the system. the engine runs relatively well Idles at 700-800 rpm Compression is 105 all around. Can you please help
