Yamaha 150 stalls

My 2015 Yamaha 150 hp stalls at 2000 rpms. Idles well. The fuel bulb is empty when it stalls. Had to troll speed 15 miles home when it happened. Fuel separator installed by Yamaha mechanic 3 weeks ago during annual maintenance.
in short an increase in speed equals a decrease in distance traveled. Any suggestions or comments that would be helpful would be greatly appreciated.

You said the bulb was empty did you try to pump it while the motor was dying? Was the bulb collapsed or normal looking? Remove the new fuel filter, shake it up a little, covering the holes, and pour the gas into a glass jar to see if there's any crap floating around in the gas. Is the filter 10 micron? Did you check the filter on the motor? Is the fuel vent clear? Did you confirm the fuel hose clamps are tight? Is this the first time out since it was serviced?
