I have a yamaha 150 early 90's don't know exact year. I am trying to find out how much volume shold the remote tank oil pump put out. I pulled the line off of mine to bleed and with the pump running it is a little more than a fast dribble.

I dont have an exact volume, but I can tell you that its is pretty slow. Just rememebr you are mixing and 50:1 or better so it takes quite a long time to use the oil. I think mine takes approx 3-4 minutes to fill the under cowl on a 200 HPDI if that helps for reference.

Jig,

I believe there is a screen on the remote tank to filter out debris. Check that. It could have crud that is slowing down the process.

John

Hey JIG, I have the same type of problem with YAMAHA 250 and would like to talk to you about any success you might have had. Please let me know if you still visit these forums, as I would like to contact you about. Thanks!
