Rpms go up an down all the time just started was curious if it’s a easy fix are do I need to bring it to a mechanic

Check for water.-----Change the filters.

I already changed them I didn’t see any water I don’t know I’m going to bring it to a mechanic in the morning

Did not see any mention of filters in post # 1----So yes hurry to a boat shop.
