Yamaha 130HP V4 WON'T START!

Outboard is Model 130TEXD. It is on 1990 Boston Whaler 19' Outrage. All electrical checks out except no current going out of the Stator to CDI. I can't get ignition on any plugs. Flywheel won't come out using puller and impact wrench. Don't know any other way to see what other electrical on this motor to see why it won't ignite. Got this used and service tag shows that service was done 1n 1995. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with my 1987 220 aeto. The motor cranks over niceley but ht eplugs have no spark, nome of em! I removed the flywheel, what a pain, I used the method of tapping the crank nut when backed off and flush with the threads so that I did'nt mushroom the end of crank. When you tap the crank nut you have to lift the flywheel up on it's play at the same time by using the casting for leverage. I checked the resistance on my stator and it is not even close to factory, however I apparently have a rare breed , the 220 was a high performance model back in 87 and the factory shop manual doesn' even touch base on.
