A search on yamaha OB controls on Amazon yields lots of 10 pin controls. There are some 8 pin controls as well, likely w/o PTT. A site like Marineengine may have something. Usually, the controls are under the accessories area.
You should consult a wiring diagram to see what functions the wires in your motor have, and match them up. Matching the shape of the plug is likely the first step.
