Yamaha 115 four stroke wont start.

Non ethanol fuel went bad over the summer then fuel tank developed a hole. Boat has sat for 3 months until i recently got a new tank. Replaced fuel, filters and separator. Boat ran rough for about 10 minutes then sputtered out. Nownit will turn over but not start. No fuel pressure at the fuel rail when cranking the engine, should there be? When does the electric pump kick on?

have you pulled the carbs and cleaned them?
