1992 Yamaha 115hp, model 115TLRQ 4 Cylinder, two stroke, 1730 cc keeps blowing the 30 amp fuse. Prior to the event, the motor runs rough, amp meter fluctuates from 4 to 18 amps. Motor will continue to run but will not start after shut off until replacement of fuse. Also get alarm when amp meter starts to fluctuate.
