Can someone tell me if it is normal that gasoline to come out of the small hole in the fuel pump when I press the bulb, gas begins to come out. for this small hole
I am having a power problem, the motor does not rev more than 2500 rpm in gear but in neutral rev. 5k rpm .

No, that hole shouldn't spit gas. The fuel pump diaphragm probably has a tear or hole. Rebuilding it may fix all the problems.

BTW - Revving in neutral doesn't prove much since there is no load.

also revving with no load can damage a motor, so do not do that.

Not a bad idea to just install a new pump every 5 years or so…keep the old one that still works as a spare…pump is only about $50…. Cheap preventive maintenance…

Do not rev that motor in neutral.----A new $5.00 diaphragm is what I would install in a simple fuel pump.
