yamaha 115 1990 oil/fuel injection!

I need some help with this please. I cannot get the oil to pump from the main tank to the resorvoir tank.Has anyone had this problem before?

I have a brand new v4 115 yamaha it has a emergency switch on a plate on the motor to pump oil from tank to smaller resevoir also these type oilers only work when the flywheel is turning some one else had same problem said same thing to him the manual says check for engine overheating first thenand then oil level then oil filter clogging

heres some other stuff when you use the emergency switch if you have one motor has to be off then when required amount of oil fills tank turn ignition switch to on then it resets run engine says go get more oil sounds like you have a clog in oil filter or line
