would this fit? 50's -> 80's Evinrude prop

I own a 1985 Evinrude 8hp
with this prop

and as a temp replacement while i get this one repaired
Would this one fit?

Its from the 1950's (56,57) Evinrude or Jonson
Same shaft dimension all except 2 blade (8" x 8.5P) vs 3 blades (8.5" x 9P). The back is what I can't see or find out what it looks like..

If it fits as a temp. try it out just be aware of the rpm.
Maybe get the diameter of the hub.A 8 X 8.5 is from a 57 7.5 and probably other
7.5.

Now for the rear..
Mine.. 3 Blades

The other.. 2 Blades

One thing I see is the chip on the unbalanced 3 blade prop is causing damage to it's self and the Gearcase Head Assembly.

As for the 2 Blade Prop. No thrust washer and a oversize cap going on the end as its more narrower.
