I dont know about everyone else....but I forgot (he forgot too) that Jake Plummer is in fact still Jake Plummer. <br /><br />I thought Denver was going to win that game easily......at home, playing well. Congrats to the Steelers, they desearve it.

It wasn't Jake's fault, it was the Steeler's. They rattled his cage! He could not figure out their coverage, partly because the offensive line could not give him enough time against the aggressive play of the Steeler defensive unit.<br /><br />The thing that once again emerged from this game is that Pittsburgh is truly a team. They are a bunch of guys that respect each other, get along great together, and feed off of each other's play. They can do great things because they know their team mates are backing them. They function as a team, not a collection of individuals.<br /><br />Go Steelers - SUPERBOWL CHAMPIONS! (I hope)

I think Denver thought the same thing. <br /><br /><br />The Steelers Defense played well, no doubt.......but Plummer all year had this out of body expirience that made him overcome defenses and make NO mistakes. So while I give a lot of credit to Pitt, the real Jake definately added to the demise.<br /><br />I think it was just a bad day to be an NFL QB named Jake.....

I'm with aspect's analysis; as a Denver fan it was a pain to watch. The offence was over ran by a fired up Steelers line ++++ GREAT pass coverage.<br /><br />Got to give it to them they were ready to play! More power to them! <br /><br />But; can't go with aspect's pick, I'm going with the Seahawks! Should be a great game -- I'm sure the network it happy to have them.
