Does anyone know where I could go to find what the WOT range should be on my 1979 19' Chaparral 120hp I/O? I am looking to replace the prop because it is banged up. I have a Clymer manual but that info is not in there....probably b/c it is specific to each boat size/motor setup? Should I try to contact Chaparral or does anyone know of a website address with that generic info? Thanks in advance......I love this webpage!!!!

Re: WOT?

http://www.nadaguides.com/ will give you a weight on your boat. This will be a good starting point. The majority of lower power I/O usually run between 4200-4600 WOT.

Hope it hlps.

Bob

Re: WOT?

Use the same method for testing Bridge Weight Limits.

Build a bride, Driver larger and larger trucks over it until it Breaks. Build New bridge with weight limit of that just before last truck.

:)
